Role and Power Culture II

The power culture can be best viewed from the political perspective where the politician brings influence to the people and will sometimes be handed over to their generations as it is seen a way of life.

Organizations are also powerful institutions that command and indeed command sectors of the economy and markets through activities reflect supremacy in these particular markets. Power culture should however be earnest so that it does not bring about oppressive situations. Power culture should be able bring about understanding between those exercising power and those that it’s effected upon.

Task culture is the systematic manner in which jobs are designed in any organization and their ultimate achievement. Task culture is very fundamental in any organization as it will dictate the requirements and what is expected of employees carrying out the tasks and this will ultimately make them integrate their responsibility into heir daily routines in life. Individuals that adopt an effective task culture exhibit features of motivation and the much needed morale that is required to successfully attain targets. Task culture needs that people know what is expected of them so that they can undoubtedly carry out the tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsiveness is an attribute that is characterized by actively reacting to a particular situation effectively using the tactics that will most probably guarantee success. Responsiveness is important in any organization and individuals alike as it will always provide a platform excellent problem solving tactics and also exhibit good channels to attain goals. Responsiveness should show openness and sensitivity is whatever situations that are at hand. Being responsive needs one to be actively aware of the problem, conflicts or goals that that require immediate attention. This way sufficient resources in terms of time and finances are allocated to the issues that are at hand.
